What You Should Know
Prescription Validity
Only prescriptions dated within the last 6 months are accepted. Expired or unclear prescriptions will be rejected and you'll be notified.
Controlled Substances
Schedule H, H1 and X drugs require a valid prescription and are subject to additional verification before dispatch.
Delivery Timelines
Same-day delivery where pharmacy is within 5km. Standard delivery in 1–2 hours in Hyderabad. Other cities may vary based on pharmacy availability.
Medicine Authenticity
All medicines are dispensed directly by registered pharmacies. HealnDeal does not store, pack or handle medicines — we only facilitate the connection.
Returns & Refunds
Medicines once dispensed cannot be returned as per drug regulations. Incorrect or damaged orders are eligible for refund. Contact support within 24 hours.
Substitution Policy
If a prescribed brand is unavailable, the pharmacist may suggest a generic equivalent. You'll be notified and can approve or decline before dispatch.
